The Clarksville Association of Realtors Presents the 1st Annual Extreme Open House Tour
What? Clarksville's most Extreme Open House Challenge, where racers visit open houses for a chance to win $5,000! This charity event pits teams against each other in a citywide scavenger hunt as they drive around Clarksville to answer clues and win a $5,000 cash prize—all to benefit the LEAP Organization.
When? Saturday, April 9, 2016, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Where? The starting point will be Clarksville Association of Realtors located at 115 Center Pointe Dr and end at the LEAP Plaza located at 1860 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. In between participants will travel to neighborhoods and affiliate businesses offices throughout Clarksville.
Why? Race for your chance to win $5,000 while supporting the LEAP Organization! 100% of registration fees go directly to the LEAP.
Entry fee? Only $100 per team. Your entry fee is tax-deductible - keep your receipt. Please consult your tax professional for details. LEAP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to instill positive moral growth and sustainable life skills development in youth.

Who? Participants need not be runners – racers drive their own cars to open houses around Clarksville. The event is based on strategy, not speed. The tour is designed to be fun, with challenge activities to test skills and wit, not fitness levels.
The Details? The timed event will send teams around the city April 9, 2016, 9 am - 12 pm. to solve house- and neighborhood-related mysteries and puzzles, answer trivia questions and successfully complete surprise challenges across the Race landscape. Teams will strategize and navigate through open houses, affiliate businesses, and the LEAP Headquarters.
